Host Responsibilities

• Processing and organizing takeout orders
• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
• Estimating wait time for guests
• Assisting servers and bussers as needed

Bus Responsibilities

• Clear tables of dishes, cups, utensils and drinkware after each customer
• Reset tables with regard to health department standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station
• Run food as needed
• Assist servers and host as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must obtain food handlers permit and alcohol certification
• Must be able to be on your feet for more than five hours
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Professional, sense of urgency
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
